Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Marknexx Editions, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Each item is printed and produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist if there is a problem with your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

To request a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • Include your order number and a description of the problem

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund


Order Issues

We will offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Print quality is poor or defective

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Manufacturing error

  • Product significantly different from what was ordered

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Size or Color Issues

Because all products are printed on demand:

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size selection

  • We do not accept returns for color preference

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible because the item is already being printed.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit or not delivered:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will investigate with the shipping provider

  • A replacement or refund may be issued if confirmed lost

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Return Address

Because our products are printed by third-party fulfillment partners, returns should not be sent back without contacting us first.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
